Here is how I view this:

When solving real life problems in
engineering you have no
answers to compare the
correctness of your answers. BUT
you still need to be confident
about the correctness of your
answers. I do not post solutions in
the Blackboard because you need
to learn to validate your own
numerical answers. However, I
encourage you to synergize with
your classmates by working
together and posting questions in
the course blog
(www.slacker.com). You may also
see me in the office with any
question you may have.

Attendance
Class attendance is necessary
for success in engineering
studies. In each class you will
sign the attendance sheet to
signify attendance. You are
expected to be in class on time
and not leave early. You are
responsible for material and
announcements given during
class.
