It is indeed a pleasure to take you through the glorious journey of Parsvnath Developers Limited since its
incorpora on. Over these 32 years, Parsvnath has demonstrated strong nimbleness and resilience to face challenges
head-on and has achieved opera onal eciencies even under challenging circumstances. We have been pro ac vely
realigning our business strategy to adapt ourselves to the dynamic market condi ons and this has helped us to
sustain our performance.
Real Estate has been witnessing to a lot of changes but with the recent announcements done in the Union
Budget 2017-18, it shall receive the necessary short in the arm. With serving the objec ve of Housing for All, the
Govt. has moved focus on Aordable Housing by gran ng it the Infrastructure status. It shall open gates for a great
future for the industry. The increased period of loan under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana from 15 years to 20
years the increase in period of comple on of projects from 3 to 5 years, the benets of long term capital gains for
Housing and Land due to period reduc on, the indica on of reduc on of interest rates, increase of taxa on slab
exemp on, made the budget a welcome budget that shall indeed help to boost the Industry. We can look forward to
great change in the current situa on, all towards be erment.
By systema cally approaching the value proposi ons in every aspect we do, we at Parsvnath Developers Limited
have leveraged our compe ve advantages. In our journey, Parsvnath Group has steadily progressed towards it
commitment of building a be er world for all and has strategically expanded its footprint across the length &
breadth of the na on spanning through 41 ci es and 15 states. Together we have created many milestones in past
over three decades and have successfully completed 64 projects measuring 27.84 mn. sq. . of developed area and
are working on over 43 projects that are under construc on which on comple on will deliver 54 mn. sq. . of
developed area. I am condent about the fact that with Parsvnath's ability to overcome challenges and to capitalize
