INGENIERA CIVIL

Objetivo
Preparar ingenieros civiles con una perspectiva centrada en el desarrollo del Pas,
fomentando la participacin en investigaciones multidisciplinarias, dirigidas a buscar
soluciones integrales a los graves problemas de desarrollo urbano y rural de las
poblaciones. En el anlisis, diseo, construccin, operacin, mantenimiento,
administracin de la infraestructura que requiere el pas u otros pases para
desarrollarse sin afectar su entorno y sin descuidar el desarrollo cientfico.

Perfil del Aspirante

Conocimientos Bsicos del nivel medio superior, que garantice un adecuado
desempeo en el nivel superior.

Habilidades Razonamiento analtico y sinttico.

Aplicacin de los conocimientos a la solucin de problemas acadmicos a su nivel.

Planear y prever consecuencias de sus acciones.

Manejar informacin y fijar objetivos.

Creatividad e imaginacin.

Desarrollo de trabajo en equipo.

Perfil de Egreso
Conocimientos
Slida formacin en ciencias bsicas, como son: Matemticas, Fsica y Qumica; en
ciencias de la Ingeniera, tales como: Estructuras, Hidrulica, Mecnica de Suelos,
Ingeniera de Sistemas, Ingeniera Sanitaria, Vas Terrestres y Construccin, as
como el uso y operacin de herramientas computacionales correspondientes a
stas reas de conocimiento. Tambin requiere tener una formacin firme en las
reas de ciencias sociales y administrativas para su buen desempeo como parte
de la sociedad, permitindole as dar solucin y ejecucin de la infraestructura que
demanda el pas.
