ABSTRACT:

An Internet caf or cybercaf is a place which provides internet access to the public,
usually for a fee. These businesses usually provide snacks and drinks, hence the caf in the name.
The fee for using a computer is usually charged as a time-based rate. Internet cafs are a natural
evolution of the traditional caf. Internet cafes are located worldwide, and people use them when
travelling to access webmail or e-mail and instant messaging services to keep in touch with
family and friends. RAFA is an internet caf that provide customer a comfortable high speed
internet browsing along with other services like printing, scanning, photocopy, rush I.D. and etc.
They started on April 14, 2015 at 713-D Boni Ave St. Mandaluyong City with 20 units. Its the
third branch. They start this kind of business in Pio del Pilar, Makati then in Libertad,
Mandaluyong.

It is aimed in this research to investigate precisely the opinions of the customer of the
internet caf together with the business managers regarding the problems occurred in their
business and the attitude of the customers towards internet caf. The research consists of six
parts as introduction, theoretical background and company overview, method, findings,
interpretations, conclusions and recommendations, implementations and control.
