Dear shared holder

We are pleased to annonce summary report for 2nd quarter as follows ; My company 9, We are now
have two offices, one is located in Japan named PK. and the new one named Pim9 in Thailand. This
quater we had closed Pimklao Medical center because of we didnt gain any profit from this enterprise . We
opened the new enterprise in this quater ; You You You restaurant in Chiangmai Thailand, under Pim9
office. We had changed name of PK store to new name Before you as a related with the name of the
restaurant.

Summary of Financial Profits and Losses

1.Before you Store - Before you store was located in city center of Iokogama Japan, the store gained
more profit from last quarter according to the revised of selling price, quatity of product and add more
items of goods. Therefore, we secured that there will be more profit in the next quarter.

2.Second, New enterprise of our company, Were so proud to present You You You restaurant, was located
in city center of ChiangMai Thailand, there have a proper area of 500 sq.m. You You You restaurant is
specialize in steak restaurant, This restaurant is just opened but also we gain a lot of profits, its
increasing in every week. We made 41.8 thousands in one week! We believe that You You You
restaurant will grow quickly and wonderfully. If this restaurant makes many profit for our company we
will open the new division in another town.
