Sub: Deputation of Experts for improvement in QoS of Mobile Services

Vide letter under reference instructions were issued to carry out intensive audit and optimization of 15
selected cities.

It has further been decided by the competent authority that expert officers will perform intensive technical
audit/ optimisation as per attached Annexure-I. Technical Audit/ optimisation is to be conducted from 20-
01-2017 and report has to be submitted before 06-02-2017 for appraisal to BSNL Management.

The intensive improvement activities have to be undertaken for atleast 7 days in the respective city/
station. Circle under audit has to ensure resources and tools required for both soft as well as hard
optimization activities. Circle has to attach their RF optimization team with the experts for necessary
assistance and on spot correction/ modification by soft optimization/ hard optimization. Expert officers
should visit the cities under audit only after ensuring that necessary resources are in place. Any difficulty
faced by experts may be communicated to undersigned.
