themostimportantpartofimplementationofengineeringprojects.Wewillanalysetheprocessof
projectmanagementandimplementationofcogenerationprojectinthecityofPrishtinawhichde
alswiththerehabilitationofthewarmingsystem,byinstallingasystemthatcombinesbothelectri
calandthermalenergy,foracitywhoseneedsthermalcapacityof140MW..Giventhecomplexity
