(b) - I just got the word from Mr. Giddens. What he would like is 1 set (4 state maps) showing

existing planned and contingency for both PF and VF. The 2nd set (4 state maps) should just show
planned and existing PF & VF. Once he sees both, he will make a determination on the poster sized
maps. Sorry for the long drawn out request and please let me know if there is anything that I can do to
help.

The maps have been drafted and all that is pending is how you would like the VF300 layer displayed
(i.e. Core/Contingency).

Also, please validate the disclaimer that you would like on these maps.
Is this the disclaimer you were referring to earlier when you reviewed the map drafts? If not, please
advise as to what you would like to use.

Just to clarify - We have already created these maps (I believe it was in October), but we need updated
data in them. I need the PDF to save for future use and will need one poster board sized copy for each
state (on glossy board). Please let me know if this is possible to do by Friday.
