2017 marks the 70th anniversary of Ferrari and 30th anniversary of

Ferrari Owners Club of Hong Kong. 70th and 30th anniversary years
make a 100, representing perfection in Hong Kong.

To celebrate this important occasion, our Club will host an anniversary

designated 70km route, representing the two anniversaries.

This would be one of the largest parade and celebration of Ferrari in

Kong including Victoria Harbour, International Finance Centre, The
Hong Kong Observation View in Central and Tsing Ma Bridge.

the finish point for a lunch.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
I, the undersigned, am applying to participate in the " FOC HK Tribute to 70th Anniversary of Ferrari" [the "Event"]. I confirm and agree that I shall comply with all relevant rules and regulations and other arrangements
made by the Ferrari Owners Club of Hong Kong [the FOC HK] and shall take part in the Event entirely at my own risks. I agree not to hold the FOC HK, any sponsors and/or supporting organizations responsible for any
accident of whatever kind, resulting in death or injury, and/or any damage, loss or destruction of personal properties during the course of the Event.
I also agree to indemnify or reimburse the FOC HK in respect of any additional costs or expenses incurred by the FOC HK arising from or in connection with my participation in the Event. I also irrevocably grant the FOC
HK, sponsors and supporting organizations the right to photograph me during the Event and have my voice, likeness and appearance made into photographs, sound, video or multi-media recordings relating to the Event
["Recording"] and to use the Recording in perpetuity throughout the world, in all media now known or hereafter devised for promotional purpose. I acknowledge and agree that no payment or other compensation shall be
payable by the FOC HK and any sponsors in connection with the Recording or any use thereof.
