PROPOSAL

SAN ISIDRO LABRADOR PARISH COMPLEX: DESIGN OF TWO-STROREY


COMMERCIAL BUILDING, FORMATION CENTER

Project Owner
The project is a property of and shall be implemented by the San Isidro
Labrador Parish (SILP).
Date of Implementation
The project will be implemented on May 2017.
Partner Institutions
None
Location
The San Isidro Labrador Parish (SILP) Complex project will be constructed in
Dona Aurora Street, Digos City. The parish lot area includes the existing buildings
such as the church, bell tower, candle lighting area, rectory, gym and parking area
which will surround the proposed project. Residential and commercial buildings are
present within the vicinity which are helpful in commercializing the functions of the
project.

Target Beneficiaries
The beneficiary of the San Isidro Labrador Parish Complex project is the
parish itself. The parish plans to use part of the proposed project for business.
Objectives
General:

To raise the funds of the San Isidro Labrador Parish.


To help in the sustainability and viability of the San Isidro Labrador
Parish to support various ministries and services through the profits
that the project will gain.
Specific:

To design a two-storey commercial building.


To expand the area of usage by adding a storey on the Formation
Center building to be used as private and non-profit SILP function hall.
Expected Outcomes
The project is expected to be finished on time. There will be high return on
investment where the investment gain will be higher and compare favorably with
the investment cost on the commercial building thereafter, as well as the
columbarium which is second phase of the project. Both structures will be profitable
and viable.
