amount online at the moment of the reservation to guarantee their stay.
The rest amount is payed at the moment of the arrival or as agreed.
If you prefer we arrange check in and check out with the key transfer
and rent collection.
The guest would get an explanation of the house rules and all those
little things that will leave his and yours mind peaceful .
Additionally we can arrange the cleaning of the house after guests
departure, towels and bed sheets washing service. When agreed we
can take care of your house when you are absent for a longer period,
including cleaning and plants watering, or even 24/7 emergency stand
by service. We are flexible in meeting your needs and those optional
charges are very competitive.
