2. At the top of the Envelopes and Labels window, enter the information you would like on the labels in
the Address box.
3. In the Label section, make sure you have the correct type of label selected. If you need to change the
type of label, click the Options button at the bottom and select the correct label type.
5. If you will be printing these labels, make sure you have inserted the appropriate label pages into your
printer.
6. To print the labels, click the Print button. It will print your labels to your default printer.
7. If you chose the option to create a Full page of the same label, you can also click the New Document
button to create a new document full of labels. You can then edit the individual labels before printing.
This is also a really easy way to get a page of blank labels that can be typed on.

Printing Envelopes
1. In Microsoft Word 2010, open the Mailings ribbon, then click the Labels button.
2. At the top of the Envelopes and Labels window, enter the information you would like on the envelope
in the Delivery Address box and the Return Address box.
a. If you do not need a Return Address on the envelope, checkmark the Omit option above that
box.

3. To change the layout of the envelope, click the Options button at the bottom.
a. On the Envelope Options tab, you can change the size, layout and font of the delivery and
return addresses on the envelope.
b. On the Printing Options tab, you can set options for how the labels will be printed on your
printer. The settings may vary depending on how you are able to feed envelopes through your
printer.
4. If you are going to be printing the envelope, make sure you have properly loaded the envelopes in your
printer.
6. You can also choose the Change Document option to change your current document to include the
envelope as a page. This allows you to make further edits to the design and layout of the envelope.
