    at a specific time and date with the dentist located at a particular surgery. On each day of
    patient appointments, a dentist is allocated to a specific surgery for that day.

    1. Provide examples of insertion, deletion, and update anomalies that can be found in
    the above table.
    2. Normalize the table until 3NF.
