Objective
Im a second year student at New England Culinary Institute looking for a long term, full time, baking position to fulfill my 6
month internship requirement starting in April, 2017. I have high hopes of staying with the position after filling my requirements. Im
a strong worker and handle myself well in fast paced kitchens. As youll see below, Ive built my entire career around the baking and
hospitality industry, as its something Im very passionate about. I work well with all mediums around the kitchen, but have a huge
love for cakes and other small pasties which is what I hope to be focusing on over the course of my internship and moving forward.
Id be a great addition to your team because Im high spirited and a great team player! I work quickly and efficiently and Im always
