November 23, 2016

Dear Shareholders,

We recently just completed HookerCos two-year anniversary. We know we are still in

our growth stage; however, we wanted to recognize this small milestone and thank all of
the team members that have contributed to our companys success these past two
years.

We are proud to say that 2016 was a great year for us, as we have seen continued
growth in our business from our prior year. We feel strongly that the growth can be
attributed to factors like our creative innovation and execution in developing and
delivering quality apparel at a great price point. Our creative marketing efforts and
dedicated team of employees and sales reps have helped build a strong and loyal
relationship with customers in our core markets.

Interest in action sports is continuing to grow. Being that we are an action sports
apparel company we have the unique opportunity to continue to grow our customer
demographic. Within the next year we will focus on young boys and girls, as they are
more connected to social media than any other generation. We will harness their
growing interest in action sports to further increase our brand awareness both nationally
and globally. As you can imagine, we are extremely excited at the prospects for our
business in the future.

Since our inception, it has always been our goal to provide our customers with quality
products at an exceptional value. We want to assure you that although we have been
successful during these two years, we will remain committed to achieving even higher
operational and financial performance in years to come.

On behalf of our senior leadership team, we would like to thank our shareholders,
associates, their families, and of course our loyal customers for their continued loyalty
and support.

Corporate Profile

HookerCo. is an extreme value designer and manufacturer of action sports apparel and
accessories. The companys headquarters is located in Montebello, California. The
company was founded during the winter of 2014 by cousins Derick Quintana-Hooker
and Karen Contreras-Hooker. Since its creation, the companys vision has been to
revolutionize the actions sports apparel world by providing their customers with an
excellent product at a low cost.

HookerCo. started off as a small family run operation with two employees operating out
of a small office in Montebello, to now over 200 team members throughout California,
Arizona, Nevada, and most recently Texas. Even though the company has grown in the
last two years it still sticks to its family roots as noted by their company logo, which is a
large letter H, with a blue circle around it. The large H represents the family name,
Hooker. The circle around the letter H represents unity, meaning that all team-
members are working in unity for the company and the brand.

Industry Profile

As previously noted, the action sports retail apparel industry is extremely competitive,
especially for a new company trying to enter the market. We compete with highly
profitable name brand retailers such as Quicksilver, Hurley Apparel, which is a
subsidiary of Nike, and Volcom Stone. Additionally we are competing with independent
specialty shops, large department stores that are all selling similar merchandise and are
targeting customers through social media and e-commerce. The industry is continuously
evolving to keep up with fashion trends and customer expectations. Those within the
industry that fail to identify with current fashion trends see negative results in sales.

Competitive Advantages

We have demonstrated steady growth this past year. We are competing against
organizations that have powerful brand recognition and are icons in the market, we feel
that we can continue to gain market share through our dynamic and extensive
proprietary product line. The use of our new communication technology through WebEx
has allowed us to speed up our collaboration efforts with our design team. This has
given us the ability to identify and address fashion trends at a faster rate. This year we
will further use the internet and technology to offer a multichannel shopping experience
and use social media as a way to interact with our customers and enhance their
shopping experience. We will be opening up four more retail stores as well as one
400,000-distribution center in the Southern California market. The distribution center
will allow us to increase the product mix of our stores at a rapid pace. And finally this
year we will be releasing a new line that is completely new to the industry. On
December 25th, HookerCo will be the first action sports retailer to launch a maternity
line. Maternity wear in the U.S. is approximately a 2 billion dollar a year business. Our
ability to get a piece of that market share could be a game changer for our growing
organization.
