Terms of Contract
The fee for this service is to be paid at the time of breeding/mating.

CONDITIONS STUD OWNER AGREES TO:

1. Take normal adequate care of the bitch while in our charge during the mating session. (Except if the bitch is
handled by the owner at the place where the breeding/stud session occurs)
2. Have the stud dog in good physical condition and with annual vaccinations.
3. Give a stud form to bitch owner, only after the bitch gave birth to live puppy(-ies).
4. Provide a return stud service once (1x mating) of the same dog to the same bitch if no pregnancy results from the
mating at no charge but the bitch owner must pay for the shooter's fee and transportation cost of the stud dog owner
for house service. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to
conceive, in writing/text message/private message on Facebook, not more than 70 days following the mating. If the
stud is no longer available for whatever reason for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to
offer a different stud to the bitch owner.

BITCH OWNER AGREES TO:

1. Pay the agreed stud service fee before or after the first mating of the bitch and the stud dog.
2. Provide veterinary certificate of current annual vaccinations, including Bordetella (Kennel cough), and a clear
Brucellosis test.
3. Send bitch in good health and in season.
4. Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing/text message/private message on Facebook, no later than 70 days after
mating if no pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so will result in no return service being provided.
5. Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally
before and after the mating season is finished.
6. Pay for additional service fee if the bitch owner wants more than 2x of mating.
7. Pay for the shooter's fee for the return stud service.
8. Pay for the transportation cost of the stud dog owner for house service.
9. Not charge any liability for voluntarily leaving his/her bitch to the stud owner's place.
10. Pay an additional fee for boarding if the bitch was left for more than 2 nights in the stud owners place.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
1. One puppy born alive or dead constitutes a litter. No return service will be provided to the same bitch at her next
heat or within one year.
2. If the bitch got miscarriage. No return service will be provided to the same bitch at her next heat or within one
year.
3. If the bitch fails to conceive on the return service, this contract is terminated.
4. If the bitch owner voluntarily leave his/her bitch to stay in the stud owner's place, the stud owner is not liable to
any death, sickness or accident that may occur to the bitch.
