The course is designed in response to the increasing internationalization and workforce diversity of organizations. The course focuses on
managing human resources in organizations that operate across national borders and the cross cultural issues of people management. It is a
customized program for those who desire to develop careers in HRM at a strategic and international level within organizations operating in the
international environment.
