Curriculum Night Planning: Math Roller Coaster slope activity:


Students from both Ms. Artis and Mr. Farnitanos
class will be making a roller coaster as part of a
lesson to learn about slopes and rates of change.

This lesson will happen on the week of Nov. 7-11

We will pick a few students to have show off their


roller coaster work at the Curriculum Night.

Best Practices: we will have a presentation about


the practices we use to teach math in the
classroom.
