MANUAL REGISTRATION FOR FOREIGN LANGUAGE COURSES ( LEVEL 1)

TO ALL UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

The registration for all foreign language (LEVEL 1) courses will be done MANUALLY. Below
are the important details relating to the manual registration.
1-Students are STRICTLY required to do the following:
i-Bring along copies of PMR certificates, SPM certificates AND school leaving
certificates for registration purpose.
ii- Fill in the manual registration form and submit it to the instructors together with the
certificates.
2- Students who do not bring along these 3 certificates WILL NOT BE REGISTERED by
Centre for International Languages (CIL).

3- The manual registration will be conducted as follows:

4- The quota for each class is limited.

6- All level 1 foreign language classes will begin in Week 2 (20th February 2017) for IKOM
students and (21st February 2017) for engineering students.

7- For further information, kindly contact the course coordinators.

8- Registration for level 2 and level 4 foreign language courses MUST be done via online
registration and the classes will begin in Week 1 (Sem 2 2016/2017) which is on 14th
February 2017.
