One-hour engagement session at the location of your choice (extra charge for travel beyond
20 miles one way)

Digital Collection $175.00 (up to 12 hrs coverage + items stated in PBSR 2013-14
Wedding Pricing )

A non-refundable deposit of $175.00 is required to reserve my (and an assistants, if scheduled)

services for your wedding date. The remaining balance of your package is due 30 days prior to your
wedding.
If Kyra Kuriata is unable to perform to this contract due to any cause beyond the control of the parties,
Red Art Photography shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. If Red Art
Photography is unable to perform to the obligations in this contract in the event of photographers
illness or for any other reason, Red Art Photography will not be liable for costs in excess of the amount
the client has paid. This limitation of liability will also apply in the event that the high resolution
digital files are lost through camera malfunction, damaged in processing, lost in the mail, or otherwise
damaged or lost with or without fault of the photographer Scott Rose. While every attempt is made to
create the best images possible, no particular photo is guaranteed.
The client will obtain all rights to proofs and all high resolution digital files which may be used for
personal use only, and may not be sold or published without the written consent of Kyra Kuriata. All
rights to images created by Kyra Kuriata (including Assistant Photographer images) will remain with the
photographer and assistant. Kyra Kuriata and Assistant reserve the right to display any photographs
made in conjunction with this wedding as samples of their work for the purposes of window and
showroom exhibit, advertising, promotion on the internet, publication, instruction and professional
competition.
Coverage plan times must be used consecutively. Time starts when Kyra Kuriata arrives and time ends
when the coverage time runs out. Time for short breaks and meals are included in coverage. If needed,
additional coverage time will be billed at the rate of $20.00 per hour. Assistant coverage time begins
and ends similarly and extra time will be billed at $15.00 per hour.
The clients understand that potential lighting conditions and restrictions during the wedding ceremony
may decrease the quality of finished images. Clients also understand that, as the days events are fluid,
the photographer cannot guarantee a specific photograph will be captured. Again, all efforts will be
made to create and capture the best images possible.
Any changes to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. This contract incorporates
the entire understanding of the parties.
