In this project work gear tooth is modeled in AUTOCAD and the analysis part is carried by using
ANSYS.Weight reduction of the gear using composite material is the major phenomenon in design and
analysis.

Description :

Submarine is a type of warship designed to operate completely underwarer for a long

period of time. Submarine can launch a variety of weapons including torpedoes,mines, and launch
missiles etc.

Responsibilities :

• Modeling of Tank boundries, Ph Plating and Framing.

• Installation of penetration Inserts and welded on parts on tank in compartment-8.
• Installation of Electrical Equipments in compartment-8.
• Installation of feed transfer pumps in compartment-8.
• Modelling of Blidge pump in the compartment-8.
• Foundation for make up pump hp of contour in area fr136-138.
• Foundation for electrical equipment in the region of frame 136 to 139 in Blige.
• Feed water loading pipekine in compartment-8,
• Installation of sensors in compartment-8,
• Installation of manometer board for pump,

2. Project Name : AUTONOMOUS UNDERWATER VEHICLE MAY’07-JUN’09

Client : N.S.T.L (Alfa Technologies)
Role : CAD ENGINEER.

Description :

An autonomous underwater vehicle (Auv) is a high-tech free-swimming robot which

travels underwater sometimes called unmanned underwater vehicles with out any cable
connection to the surface. These devices are powered by batteries or fuel cells and can operate in
water as deep as 6000mts

Responsibilities :

• Preparation of 3d models for Autonomous Under Water Vehicle(AUV) by using part modeling
and surface modeling,
• Preparation Exo-sturcture top and bottom using surface modeling,
• Modeling of Shells, port and starboard side using part modeling,
• Modeled all the inner mechanical and electrical parts for the shells,
• Prepared Clamps for all the shells and assembled one by one,
• Modeled Exo-structure clamps for placing pressure hull,
