The technological devices give us a greater control over our lives, Technology should be at the service of

humanity and that is what is happening, all the taken decisions have their pros and cons, this also applies
to those taken on the home of humanity, the earth, the pursuit of power has sparked many wars and
excessive use of natural elements have brought with reactions manifested in natural disasters, the planet
has undergone many changes with the humanity which is in a constant evolutionary process, transforming
their environment and life itself, people finds technological elements in their daily lives, using some of
them as a way to escape the routine, but it is also true that many of them make life easier, however, these
elements will help mankind or they are responsible for creating zombies?. (1)

Currently humanity depends heavily on technology but this does not mean that people have become
slaves of these elements, on the contrary, it is thanks to them that the evolutionary process continues,
answering questions of existence and seeking welfare for everybody. Transhumanists say we are morally
obligated to help the human race transcend its biological limits; those who disagree are sometimes called
Bio-Luddites. The human quest has always been to ward off death and do everything in our power to keep
living, says Natasha Vita-More, chairwoman of Humanity+, the worlds largest transhumanist
organization, with nearly 6,000 members. No one denies that the use of technological devices has brought
many misfortunes to mankind, there is a phrase that became known thanks to Stan Lee, said by the great
orator Franklin D. Roosevelt days before his death, "Great power Involves great responsibility " and is so
big the power of science and technology that has drastically changed life on earth, and like all great power
if it is used in a bad way, can be devastating, creating atomic bombs, biological, diseases that have only
brought sadness, but it is not only a matter of powerfull countries, global warming has been the result of
bringing natural resources to their limits, with the pollution generated and lack of awareness, but not
everything is black, the life is full of nuances and how there are people has done much harm, there are
those who seek to repair the damage, looking for clean energy and constructions, it is expected that by
2050, world population will skirt the 9 billion people, 75% of which live in the city. This will generate a
problem when adapting existing spaces in these cities to accommodate many more people. The World
Health Organization has determined that human have a vital need to be in touch with nature to ensure the
physical and mental health of the inhabitants of large cities, thanks to technological advances obtained
each day, generating structures through the garbage reuse, finding energy in solar radiation, steam power
and many others, humanity has also used the technology to remedy the damage and grow together.(2)

Additionally, over time, the constant changes of the land of human hand or in reaction to pollution, were
generated new virus, the spread of bacterias and new diseases that may though have a direct origin in
science and technology, is also thanks to them that humanity has been able to face, seeking the welfare,
also giving hope to people with diseases known as incurables or also, the use of prostheses to people who
they have lost their limbs, the development of devices for the blinded persons and using technology as a
learning mechanism and development to improve the course of the existence and increase human
lifespan. The pacemaker, for example, for many years is used to stimulate the heart muscle by means of
electricity. More recently it has reduced the tremors of Parkinson's disease with a technique called deep
brain stimulation, which involves the surgical insertion of electrodes in a specific area of the brain.
Throughout the world there is competition for developing a bionic eye. A proven and in some patients
prototype allowed a totally blind man see flashes of light for the first time in years. "It was a mixture of
amazement, surprise and happiness," says Vivek Chowdhury, Australian Bionic Eye Foundation Prince of
Wales Hospital in Sydney.(3)

Consequently, it is very common that people encounter technological devices in their daily lives, as a
product of globalization and fast growth population, however, many of them are used in basic tasks
facilitating processes and decreasing the time of these, thus can be found as an alarm in the awakening,
the process behind the creation of toothpaste used to brush the teeth, and likewise in many basic
household tasks, now have come to become part of life, there are many people who spend time in front of
a screen trying to escape from the routine, within telephony for example, it was in 1983 when the first
commercial model of mobile phone in the world was launched, was the Motorola DynaTAC 8000X. He
weighed about 800g. and its size was 33 4.5 8.9cm, was not very comfortable carry around. Over
time, technology evolved and mobile telephony was more accessible and affordable to anyone. In a few
years, the penetration of mobile telephony has even exceed 100% of the population in some countries.
Before important in a mobile phone was able to speak well, hear and be heard clearly, in today's society
the attractiveness for technology among young people is leading some companies to forcibly introduce
technological attributes in their products.(4)
In conclusion, everything around us is a product of technology, except nature, science and technology as
such, has allowed mankind to reach where he has come, every step taken is a step toward new horizons, in
the search for knowledge and to share this with every person on the planet, technology seeks to use this
knowledge for development and evolution, is in every person use all the artifacts that are within reach as a
tool to build, thanks to technology man has reached to unimaginable places and has done incredible
things, but is that why the humans has the responsibility to make good use of it, to get well even further.
