Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi
wabarakatuh and a very good morning to all.

First and foremost, I would like to express my

gratitude to the Almighty God for uniting us all
this morning to share knowledge, experiences,
joys and aspirations. Profound appreciation
goes to TESL Semester 8 Action Research
Seminar Organizing Committee, chaired by the
Head of Language Department, Mr Mohd
Iskandar b Daud for relentless commitment
and dedication to successfully organize this
Action Research Seminar. Your perseverance in
fulfilling all required tasks makes it possible for
this seminar to thrive.

In our effort to submit to our Prime Ministers

aspiration who accentuates excellence in our
work based on ' Key Performance Indicators '
( KPI ) , Ministry of Education is no exception ,
predominantly in the likes of refining
knowledge through exploration and research
sophistication.

It is therefore the accountability of the

Teachers Training Institute and other institutes
under the Ministry of Education to create
dynamic and innovative human capital.
