1 JUAN MBER declare as follows:

in gangs. Daniel does not like being in dangerous situations, so 1 know he would not

5. When Daniel was 18, he got a tattoo on his forearm. The tattoo says, “La
Paz, BCS,” where “BCS” stands for Baja California Sur, which is the state and region
of the state where he was bor. Underneath the La Paz, there’s a star, T was with him
jwhen he got the tattoo done, He had talked about getting a tattoo before but seemed
‘unsure about what to get. He said that he knew he wanted to get something that was
important to him and would remind him of where he had come from. He settled on
[getting the name of the city where he was born before going to get tattoo, but was still
trying to decide on 2 symbol that would represent La Paz to go along with the name.
La Paz is near the coast and is known for its oceans, so he was between getting a star
land getting a whale to represent the beach. He settled on the star.

6. To Daniel, the tattoo is nothing but a symba of Where he was born and a
memory of wheit he'Game from. The tattoo has no gang affiliation for Daniel.
