If no, why?
1. Waste of time
It is addictive. More than any drug and we more or less end up wasting our time and gain
absolutely nothing at all. Playing, Chatting all day, updating profile pictures, liking,
commenting etc. All of these are utter waste of our time.
People have been seen doing nothing at all on Facebook just checking other people's
profiles and sending friend requests etc.

2. Invisible actors
There are fake profiles and IDs. Now it is easier to create fake profiles using stolen pictures.
People often use fake profiles to insult or harass someone they don't like. Teen girls are the most
vulnerable to these activities. There have been several news stories about people, normally
students, who became depressed or suicidal after being harassed on Facebook. It is yet
impossible for the Facebook authority to trace fake IDs and block them all

3. No important impact on any issue:

As it is time consuming and less real, many people deny the importance of Facebook on any
issue. They believe that physical involvement is much more important than virtual involvement.

4. Indirect way of organizing movement:

There is a high possibility of success of a movement when the constituents are directly involved
with it. Facebook is an indirect way of organizing movement. Some give up by posting some
incendiary comments, photos or videos.
5. More talking but less performing
More importance is given on conversation than the objective of conversation. Sometimes it
becomes difficult to come into a common base for the participants rather it may raise conflict,
envy etc.
6. No proper guidance:
Guidelines are not attached with the every features of the Facebook. For example, people may
not know which private information he should share or not in the Facebook and as such remains
vulnerable to the abuses of information by miscreants, hackers etc.
