RESOURCE DESCRIPTION
Give a brief description of the technology/resource.
SeeSaw is essentially an online platform for students to showcase their work, they can upload pictures,
videos or documents to a web portfolio that their parents then have access to.

INTEGRATION IDEA - PORTFOLIOS


How might you use this resource in a lesson plan to promote student-centered learning?
For me I would use it as a motivational factor, your parents are going to see your work so make sure
you put the effort in. Also I would potentially use video of class activities through this to add to an
Edmodo page for students to go back and review or just to watch.

you described, using the selected resource?

I would give this resource a 1.5

My reasoning is that, while it is nice for students to have an avenue to record their work or share it with
family, it isnt necessary for the completion of the work we are doing in class. My reasoning for the .5 is
that I wouldnt be using the resource the students would be. So while it might not play a direct role in
the lesson it definitely would help with the ISTE standards I listed above.
