cultural and social programs and events that enhance the
quality of life for the citizens of Fulton.
Facility Reservations
Many of the Citys park facilities can be reserved for special events such as family reunions, birthday
parties, company outings, etc. Detailed information on the Citys outstanding recreational facilities,
as well as the Facility Reservation Policies, can be found on the Parks and Recreation website.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
At times, it may be necessary to cancel a scheduled event due to inclement weather. Cancellation
decisions will be made by 4:30 pm on the day of the event and posted on the cancellation hotline
(592-3195). If it becomes necessary to cancel an event after 4:30 pm, a Parks & Recreation staff
member will make the decision at the event.

rescheduled whenever possible. In some cases, participants will be given the option of applying all
or part of their registration fee to a future program.

Team sponsorships and program sponsorships are extremely vital to the success of all Parks &
Recreation programs. With the support of local businesses, we are able to continually offer quality
recreational opportunities to the citizens of Fulton. By participating in the Parks and Recreation
