Every time when she walk pass on the hallway,

Students always greet her by said hello. Some were
talking about why they respect her or give her some
comments about how serious she is or which part look
confusing. There are some students told me that they
did not understand about biology so much, but now I
understand after you teach. That is a good compliment
not just because they saying it but because they really do
it. said Mrs. J
 In opinion of students to Mrs. J, She is good and kind
teacher. Some said her characteristic in class and out
class is not the same. She usually looks serious and
complain in her class while she is funny and kind on
outside. Her Thai speech is really good. She will only use
it for someone that really did not understand the lesson
or out of the school time. She really has an ability of
teacher like when students look not understand
something she will always ask me do I need a help or

remember students names in a short time. This make
them know she really care each student.

In some case,
if student did
not give an
attention
since firstly
lesson, they
may not
understand
the following
lesson.
 For example, learning about elements, she will show
charge and their characteristic in necessary part by using
periodic table and then descript how it is attach to each
other. So if you not listen how each element has different
charge or not understand is mental or non-metal, you will
not understand which type of bond is it join together and
big problem will happen because you need to use a lot in
the next chapter which is organic molecule. However, she
notice on this problem so she will use the slide that she use
in class and post it in Edmodo, website for student and
teacher, too let students review the chapter. Greater than
that she will make a pop quiz, quiz that will do in unknown
time, to make sure their understanding. This can make
them more active and trying to keep an attention in class.

In her opinion, MUIDS is alright. It is just open 3 or 4

year. For system is organize. There are already something
that we improve but there are also something that we did
but not going well. So she think it will develop in the
future. She says Thai students are respectful. So a lot of
students in this school are good. Some students have
really high motivation but some students are so lazy. For
her, she likes students that follow the rule. Not always,
just show their attention in class, confident to ask, review
the contents and not just only work hard in class but also
outside of class like for example join club or join sport.
She told every students in her class if you did not
understand something you must ask me while I am
teaching so that other students will also know. In return
for that, they will have a participation grade. So student
will have more confident to ask. For teachers, they are
good and nice. She has a lot of good friends here. They
are actually help each other a lot like if there are new
teachers come to school and they dont know much about
it so we help him to learn about the system of the school,
how things go well or wrong, what is a good way to teach.
If this teacher did not go well in teaching in his class, then
he can go to other teacher class and find other way that
is good.
