Required qualification The intending bidder has to apply for the tender documents along with the
requisite tender fees. The bidder has to submit PAN in the name of the
firm, EPF, ESI & Service tax registration along with the bid OR the
bidder will submit an undertaking that they will submit/ obtain the above
registrations Within 30 days of award of work, if not already obtained &
will have to comply with the respective Acts failing which EMD/SD will
be forfeited. In case of Proprietorship firm the PAN must be in the
name of the Proprietor of the firm.
Bid Evaluation Criteria As per attached BEC with tender document.
General Instruction Authorized representatives sent for collecting tenders must have Letter of
Authority with them. Tender Fee is payable only in the form of a single
Bank Draft/Pay Order (Valid at least up to 10.06.2015) of full amount
drawn in favour of F&AO, ONGC Ltd., Dehradun. Bid document can
also be downloaded by existing ONGC venders from our
website:http://tenders.ongc.co.in. In that case the tender fee towards the
cost of bid document shall be submitted by the bidder along with the bid.
However, in that case, the prospective bidders will inform this office prior
to closing of sale of tender documents for creation of tender documents
(RFQ) in system. Bidders who are seeking business with ONGC for the
first time are required to submit the following details viz. Name of
Company, Address, Telephone Nos., Fax Nos., PAN No., Service Tax
registration etc. at least three days in advance of last date of
application for creation of Vendor Codes.
 Sealed tenders will be received up to 2.00 P.M. on the opening date
mentioned above and shall be opened at 3.00 P.M. in the presence of the
intending tenderers or their authorized representatives. Tenders received
without earnest money in the manner prescribed will be summarily
rejected. Tenders shall be received in sealed envelopes only i.e. one sealed
envelope containing EMD (Valid at least up to 14.06.2015) & certificate as
per important directions given on page 7 of tender document and another
sealed envelope containing price bid. Both the envelopes shall be placed
and sealed in one main envelope. Tenders received late will be summarily
rejected. ONGC does not accept any responsibility for postal delays.
ONGC reserves the right to reject any or all bids received without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
