Dear All:

Recently we have observed that some of you are taking longer breaks and lunch hours which are
affecting the performance of our entire organization.
So we are repeating our actual time schedules for you to be notified when you are entitled to enjoy
Lunch & Refreshment breaks as below:

1. Presence Required By: 9:00am~9:15am.


2. Morning Refreshment Break: 10:45am ~11:00am.
3. Lunch & Prayer Break: 1:00pm ~2:00pm.

We consider that you will follow our scheduled times excluding any emergency situation and this
will definitely benefit your efficiency & the performance our organization.

Subject: Announcement for Construction work at Office.

The Construction works for improving our office interior of 5th Floor will begin from 3rd April, 2016.
So we are asking for cooperation from all our staffs to follow below procedures:

1. During this period please make sure all office equipments are kept safely in separate
Cartons of each individual.
2. Label those Cartons with individual employees name on it.
3. Put the labeled cartons at our 3rd Floor Store room.
4. We will resume our regular works from 4th April, 2016 at 3rd Floor.
5. On 4th April, 2016 we will inform everyone regarding their relocated office stations

This is a temporary situation & we are hoping you all will be able to work at our newly decorated
office environment at 5th Floor from 8th April, 2016.

Subject: Request for a new Printer.

In the beginning of April, you held a meeting to inform you if we faced any problems with our
current stationeries and told us to inform you for any new ones to improve our productivity.

As you know we have to deal with a lot of documents & it is very difficult to keep track of those only
based on our computers. So we feel that we need a new Printer which will help us in following
ways:

1. A printer will enable us to keep file evidence both in soft form & in hard copy.
2. All documents will be thoroughly checked.
3. This will increase our productivity as if had a filed hard copy we will know exactly where to
look for.
4. We can easily distribute the Printed Copies to our Production Units which will definitely
help in the Production Process.
5. If any unwanted disturbance occurred with our computers we will always have printed hard
evidence as our backup support.
6. During this unwanted disturbance we will be able to carry on with our regular tasks without
facing any problems.

Given this information, we believe it would be best for our department to procure a new printer for
us, which will benefit us in our official works on regular basis.
