Information
The software installed on the e-STUDIO2006/2306/2506/2505 is a modular operating system made up of
hundreds of individual software components, each of which was written and copyrighted individually. Each
component has its own applicable end user license agreement ("EULA"). Most of the software programs are
licensed pursuant to a EULA that permits you to copy, modify, and redistribute the software in both source and
binary code forms. All of the software and documentation developed or created by or for TTEC are proprietary
products of TTEC are protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other applicable laws.

Export Control Notice: The software is subject to Japanese and U.S. laws and regulations pertaining to export
control including the Japanese Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and the U.S. Export Administration
