A PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION (PTA) AND SUPREME

TEACHERS COUNCIL OF TUBLI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL RESOLUTION
SINCERELY EXTENDING THEIR PROFOUND GRATITUDE TO HON.
AGNES B. POPA MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF CARAMORAN AND HON. VICE
MAYOR GLENDA AGUILAR, FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF HAKOT
SKWELA PROJECT.

WHEREAS: The implementation of Hakot Eskwela Project in the

municipality of Caramoran benefits the students of Tubli National High School
such as; Sitio San Jose, Mabini and Panique. Since students from these
distant barangays are provided with free means of transportation to and
from this school.

WHEREAS: With this gratuitous gesture of the LGU Officials, parents are
spared of their daily transportation expenses of their students.

WHEREAS: This project is a big help for the school in reducing cutting
classes, absenteeism and drop out of students coming from the said
barangays.

WHEREAS: The Hakot Skwela Project of LGU, Caramoran, is a

manifestation of their support in providing students a free primary and
secondary education as stated in the Constitution of the Philippines.

Now therefore: upon the motion of the members of the PTA and Supreme
Teachers Council officers and members be resolved.

RESOLVED; as it is hereby resolved that Parents together with the Supreme

Teachers Council to sincerely extend their profound gratitude to LGU
Caramoran for its gratuitous act of the implementation of HAKOT ESKWELA
Project.

RESOLVED FURTHER; that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the

Hon.Minucipal Mayor, Agnes B. Popa and Hon. Vice Mayor, Glenda Aguilar,
Municipality of Caramoran, Catanduanes.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.

A PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION (PTA) AND SUPREME TEACHERS

COUNCIL OF TUBLI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE
HON. AGNES B. POPA MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF CARAMORAN A SECURITY
GUARD PERSONNEL.

WHEREAS: Due to the implementation of the Rationalization Law which trim down
and no hiring of non-teaching personnel, we would like to request from your good
office a security guard personnel.

WHEREAS: With the increasing number of our students both in the Junior and
Senior High School there is indeed a need for a security personnel to maintain the
safety, peace and order of the school thus help to ensure that Rules and
Regulations and Policies of the School are observed.

WHEREAS: This request is beneficial for the school in improving the attendance,
behaviour/discipline and the performance of the students and the school.

Now therefore: upon the motion of the members of the PTA and Supreme
Teachers Council officers and members be resolved.

RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Tubli National High School family is

extending its gratitude to the support of the Local Government of Caramoran in
whatever project is implemented by the school for the good of the school and the
community.

RESOLVED FURTHER; that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Hon.

Minucipal Mayor, Agnes B. Popa, Municipality of Caramoran, Catanduanes.
