I. INTRODUCTION
When talk about leader they are the insight, empathy, vision, hard working,
friendly, control yourself, knowledge and confident. There are factors inside a leader. To
be a lead the team achieve the task. The leader has to communication skill. If not to good
communication skills the leader to hard to communicate your vision with members, and
can not connect to people work together.

To research about the topic communication, a team have been set up. Through
this topic, the team can be understood about it and members in team. Lam is leader, he
has done well. In our team, members discuss together and show ideas. The leader gives
clearly task for member.

II. Part one


From the knowledge learned in college as well as in society to becoming a leader you
need to have as understanding, respect, vision, hard working, friendly, control yourself,
knowledge, and confident.

In this task, my group have 4 members, I play a role as a member. I do not have
enough about knowledge as well as uncontrolled myself, so I think a leader must be
conditioned to be everything.

In the group, individuals are friendly, discuss together and express an opinion. The
team members are very hard and try to. But besides that the biggest challenge that we
face is the responsibility of each member of the group is not high. members very hard,
but there are individuals to lazy.

This is due to my leader without a vision, the leader of ineffective leads to members is
neglect and do not put benefits and goals of the group is the first. In the group members
are not close to each other, people do not work together. When the leader division of task,
members just doing their job, in the group there is no cohesion between members.

I have some solution for this:

- Should have the team meeting in the library, once a week

- Chat on Facebook or video calls, set up groups on Facebook to increase the
interaction between members
- Leader should give a clear mandate for each member
- Set deadlines for groups
- Punishment or report when members not follow of the groups goal.

III. Part two: What you personally learned from reading this article.

Through this case study brings knowledge as well as experience for me. The first
thing is knowledge about communication process, its is a process in which
understanding and information are connected between two people that means one
person send information called sender, and one person receive information called
receiver. Beside is knowledge about communication champion is theory based on
faith that the important of communication to building trust and commitment with
vision.

Leaders used communication to inspire and work together with all members for
common goal such as our vision, our task, our culture, our strategy.

Leader used communication through words and actions everyday for purpose to
building relationship between employees and leader.

Inspiring others: the language of leadership article. In article shows two theories
are framing in leadership communication and rhetorical techniques. The thought of
Framing: imaginative administration and change took after convey a moving vision is
vital to their prosperity. The route in which a pioneer depicts their objectives, their
associations, their vision. Just "confined" or a chance to express concrety influences
our view of the result of it (since on the off chance that we see one major picture it
will shape the structure for they have faith in it). Framing is the leaders interpretation
of organizational purpose, accompanying values, and beliefs (Conger, 1991). The
process of message is connect is important. Body language and voice are so essential:
they add to 93% of correspondence and especially essential for conveying emotions
and state of mind. They likewise add to the loving of the individual conveying the
message and preferring is a guideline of influence. When nonverbal and verbal
messages are in strife, perceivers depend on the nonverbal.

The second is experience, I know that to becoming a leader on the one hand we
need knowledge in college, on the other hands need vision and good communication.
The experience without the book, it is paid by the sweat, tears, stumble, fail. A good
leader must know to stand up after the stumble. A good leader needs to know what
their employees want; not what employees want in them. As in the case study, we
play a role as an analyst to give advice on how to communicate between Wendy with
her employees, from which I can apply to my group. To an efficient operation team
should establish an appropriate vision, short-term goals and long term, then have to
assign tasks for each person, we must know the capabilities of each person is not
homogenous, so to just clear division of responsibilities and consistent with the
individual. After assigned need to set the outline for the implementation of these
tasks. So that each individual is free to make their own opinions. each together
discussed by the group meeting in the library. Punishment if a member does not
complete the task.
