Abstract: This paper reviews the legal approach for citizens rights to report to the
Authorities based on a Greek case study for European Citizens. The author gathered legal
data from a large number of reports submitted in the period 2011-2016 to the Greek
Authorities and based on their feedback. It is agreed that European Citizens have to
demonstrate their legal knowledge and to improve their expertise in legal issues in
Greece. This could lead to better legal and justice practices, to better understanding
Europeans cultures and establish equality in all terms. It is agreed that the traditional
Greek system has not accepted a legal advice or legal pressure by the Europeans. But,
European citizens need a legal approach in order to support their reports in modern
Greece.

 . Introduction

The introduction of a simple European citizens report in order to fulfill its basic
criteria and to establish the right to submit a report or a request to the most relevant
Authority with the topic theme, it is given in this detailed article. The paper
comprises the section B and C. The language of paper is Greek and it could be read

by a person who reads in both English & Greek. In the section B, the paper
examines a sophisticated legal approach for civil cases and for gathering vital
information and documents for use in Courts, etc by European citizens in Greece. It
is also reviews few examples of long term delays in delivery of requested documents
in Greece. The delays range from few weeks up to eight years. Thus, a legal review is
vital in order to obtain the right to submit prosecutions or demands as legal actions
in the future. In the section B, the author examines the plagiarism of Greek
authorities, lawyers and citizens, in order to steal the 50% of European citizens
monthly income based on plasmatic payrolls and their policy to reject the realistic
monthly income (net monthly affordable income).
