PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on the June 19th of 2015

Between

Giuseppe Bassi (The Artist)


and
SIZUKONG (The Presenter)

It is Hereby Agreed as follows:

1. The Engagement:

The Artist shall serve as the Bassit for the Presenters program set forth herein, the program
content is as follows:
(1) Rehearsal: July 19th, 2015 in Taipei
(2) On-site Rehearsal: 13:00-13:50, July 19th, 2015
(3) Performance: 19:30-21:00, July 19th, 2015
(4) Program: ________________
(5) Venue: Da-An Forest Park

2. Financial Terms:

(1) The Presenter agrees to provide:

I. Performance fee: The Presenter hereby agrees to pay the Artist the net amount in
U.S. 1,000 dollars (The Presenter shall be responsible for twenty percent tax).
II. International Transportation: an international air-ticket from Rome(FCO) to
Taipei(TPE) and from Taipei(TPE) to Rome(FCO) shall be paid by the Presenter
according to the flight schedule agreed by both the Presenter and the Artist.
III. Local Transportation: The Presenter hereby agrees to pay for the transportation
for the Artist traveling to and from the airport, hotel, rehearsal site and Da-An
Forest Park during the Artists stay in Taipei for rehearsal and performance.
IV. Per Diem: The Presenter hereby agrees to give per diem to The Artist. The total
amount will be N.T. 1,350 dollars.

(2) Settlement:

Performance fee: will be paid by the Presenter to the Artist immediately after the
performance as stated in Clause 1.

3. Rights and Copyright

In the event that the result of the Artists obligation hereunder involved in the
intellectual property right, the Presenter receives all the rights.

4. Insurance

The Presenter shall not be liable for body injury or property loss on the Artist due to
exercising the obligation hereunder. The Artist shall purchase necessary insurance regarding
the risk of body injury or property loss.

5. Other Terms and Conditions

(1) The Artist shall be responsible for necessary visas applications and the expenses thereof.
(2) The visa apllication fee will be paied by The Presenter in Taiwan after receiving the
Receipt from The Artist.
(3) The Artist shall provide related information for the Presenter to apply for the
performance permits after signing the contract.
(4) Any service fee the Artist generates in R.O.C., the income tax shall be paid in
accordance with the current tax rate when receiving the payment. The tax mentioned
above shall be paid by the Presenter.

6. Recordings/Broadcasts/Publicity

(1) The Artist shall attend the exclusive interviews, photo shoots and news conferences in
relating to this program.
(2) The Presenter preserves the copyright and right of use of the photos created during the
rehearsals or performance period and to be kept on the Presenters files, the scope of
the usage including publicizing and non-commercial purposes.
(3) The Presenter has the right to produce the recordings /videos for this program as the
Presenters file for non-commercial purposes, the scope of use including short video clip
for publicity and 1 song for official case-report-documentation, which is required by the
Taipei City Goverment.
(4) The Presenter has the right to produce the recordings /videos for this program as the
Presenters file, the scope of use including publicizing, case-report-documentation and

other non-commercial purposes.
(5) The Artist shall provide the most updated short presentations and photos for the
Presenter as publicizing purposes.
(6) The Presenter may keep the photos and video and audio information of the program
herein for publicizing purposes.

7. General

(1) Under the following circumstances such as natural disaster or force majeure in which the
Presenter and the Artist is unable to perform the duty hereunder, the extension may be
granted; the one that is unable to perform the duty hereunder may be exempt from the
liability hereof:

I. Wars, blockade, revolutions, rebellion, civil war, riots or declaring marshal law.
II. Landslide, earthquake, tsunami, volcano, typhoon, rainstorm, hail, flood,
mudslide, mud avalanche, landslide, thunder strike or other natural disaster.
III. Airplane crash, ship sink, traffic interruption or the road and harbors closed due
to icy condition.
IV. Strike, labor dispute or irrational protest by public.
V. Poison gas, plague, fire or explosion.
VI. The objectives herein were damaged, stolen, robbed or pirated.
VII. The representative who performs the obligation hereunder is killed, injured,
kidnapped or under forcible detention.
VIII. Water, energy or material interruption or controlled supply.
IX. Nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation or radioactive pollution.
X. Government or Party A calls for suspension, recruiting, confiscation, take down or
forbid to transport.
XI. Revised or changed government laws.
XII. Actions of our government or foreign government.
XIII. The Artist shall notify the Presenter immediately in case the Artist is ill/has
accident. In case the absence is due to illness, the Artist shall provide Physicians
certificate to the Presenter within 24 hours.
XIV. Other force majeure approved by the Presenter.

(2) In the event of cancellation for a reason set out in clause 7.(2), if the Artist has not
arrived in R.O.C. and Presenter cancels the Engagement, the Presenter shall reimburse
the Artist the payment has made according to the related document.
(3) In the event of cancellation for a reason set out in clause 7.(2), if the Artist has

arrived in R.O.C and the Presenter cancels the rehearsals and performance, the
Presenter shall pay to the Artist 70% of the total performance fee. In the event that
the Artist has attended the rehearsals and the Presenter cancels the performance
due to heavy rain storm, the Presenter shall arrange a performance on a latterer
date. If the Artist is unable to participate the afore-mentioned performance, the
Presenter shall pay to the Artist 100% of the total performance fee.
(4) In the event that the Artist fails to exercise the obligation hereunder without probable
cause, the Presenter may terminate the agreement. In the event that damage the
Presenters undergone is a direct cause of termination of the contract, the Artist shall be
liable for the compensation. In the event that the Artist terminates the agreement one
month prior to performing the obligation hereunder, it shall be pay the Presenter 20% of
the total Performance fee. In the event that the Artist terminates the agreement one
week prior to performing the obligation hereunder, it shall pay the Presenter 70% of the
total wages. In both situations,the charges for refunding the international air-ticket
shalll be paied by the Artist.
(5) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the
Engagement and supersedes all previous discussions or correspondence in relation to its
subject matter.
(6) The terms of this Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
(7) The parties agree to keep the terms of this Agreement confidential at all times.
(8) In case the disputations arise between the Presenter and the Artist, it shall be given
consideration on the aspect of public benefit and fairness according to the laws and
regulations hereof based on the honesty and integrity to resolve the dispute.
(9) This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of
Republic of China.
