% *. it is a tax provision that allows households to deduct from their income ta
xes incurred for certain energy improvements on their primary residence. The tax
credit is equal to 40% * of the amount of all taxes of the heat pump. informati

Help the National Agency for Housing
You can receive a grant of Anah (National Agency for Housing) for the installati
on of a heat pump air / water in your home over 15 years. information and arrang
ements with the ANAH (www.anah.fr).
5.5% VAT
As part of a renovation, if your home (primary or secondary residence) is comple
ted over two years, you can benefit from Vat to 5.5% instead of 19.6% on a heat
pump system . This results in a reduction of about 12% of your bill. information
