Operationalisation of Credit system in Referential Key Skills - Secondary Level
The consultation of this document does not replace the reading of the Reference
of Key Competencies for Education and Training of Adults Making. 1. In the frame
work of the Reference Key Skills Level Secondary (RCC - NS) competences are form
ulated in an integrated manner, from different dimensions worked in every area o
f key competences. For each competency, standards of evidence are presented whic
h consist of various actions by which the adult indicates the target area of com

The criteria of evidence identified for each competency are structured according
to three elements of complexity: type I - identification, type II - type III an
d understanding - intervention. The articulation of concepts power / size / evid
ence criteria / elements of complexity, the second area of key skills is illustr
ated in the following tables:

2. Validation of Competencies in Citizenship and Professionalism (CP), each comp
etency is validated when a criterion of evidence shows the complexity of which i
s type III.

In Society, Technology and Science (CTS) and Culture Language and Communication
(CLC), to be validated competency, must be analyzed the criteria for evidence of
three dimensions of competence, and, in at least one dimension, will have to ev
idence, necessarily, a criterion of complexity type III, the other two dimension
s may have different combinations of type I and type II, but never their absence
total.

Obtaining a loan requires a showing that adult competence (1 credit = 1 competen
ce) in accordance with the guidelines set out in section 2, so every adult can o
btain a maximum of 88 credits (the credit system provided no way to assigning va
lues less than 1 credit).

rent areas

4. Certification Secondary Level
For the candidate is certified, it is necessary to verify simultaneously the fol
lowing requirements: obtaining at least 44 credits: 16 in CP, 14 and 14 at STC i
n CLC, the validation of at least , two powers in each UC.
Then, we present two examples intended to clarify under what conditions should b
e given or not given the certification that the requirements listed above.

5. Highlights

Allocation of Credit Obtaining a 1 credit implies that the adult showing a juris
