Day 1 Observation of job duties as well as Administrative 8 Maam Glory Anne S.
Nov. 21,2016 familiarization of the employees and the every Likiyan
place of Tourism Office and convention.
Day 2 Was assigned in the information center. We are Information 8 Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan
Nov. 28, 2016 in-charge in giving directions to the tourist Center
about asking directions about the One Stop
Shop and Securities Exchange Department.
Day 3 I was assigned in calling different hotels and Statistics 8 Mr. Igmar S. Pudsoc
Nov. 29, 2016 inns for gathering of statistical report of the
said month. I also helped in finding the
different people in-charge in signing the memo
given by the tourism office for the event
tomorrow.
Day 4 Have attended the event by the Bonifacio Administrative 8 x 2= 16 Maam Glory Anne S.
Nov. 30, 2016 Elementsry School, celebrating the birth & Outside Likiyan
anniversary of Andres Bonifacio. After lunch Business
we distributed the December calendar in
different establishments.

I was assigned in assisting Sir Joma if there is a Administrative & 8 x 2 = 16 Maam Glory Ansne S.
Day 5 meeting but there isnt. By 4:00 pm we are Events Likiyan
Dec. 1, 2016 instructed to go to the childrens park in Rose Maam Lany A. Labasen
garden to usher the people wholl be attending Maam Joyce G. Misaen
the opening of Christmas in Baguio. We
collected attendance there and also in Session
Road. We helped in distributing foods for the
participants.
Day 6 I was assigned in the information center. We Information 8 Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan
Dec. 5, 2016 are in-charge in giving directions to the tourist Center
about asking directions about the One Stop
Shop and Securities Exchange Department and
Mr.Benedicto Alhambra oriented us what to
anticipate for the week like the flag ceremony
every Monday.
Day 7 Assigned in gathering and informing different Statistics 8 Mr. Igmar . Pudsoc
Dec. 6, 2016 hotel and inns for the needed statistical report
for the needed month. We also went to one inn
for us to personally get the data.
Day 8 We were assigned in outside business, if there Outside Business 8 Mr. Eric Y. Dispo
Dec. 7, 2016 is something to get in the city hall or any & Information Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan
business conducted outside the office. We dont center
have something to do thats why I went to
information section to replace the assigned
person for a while, while they are not around.
Day 9 Was assigned in the information center. We are Administrative 8 Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan

Day 10 Together with Gladys we were instructed to Outside Business 8 Mr. Benedicto Alhambra
Dec. 9, 2016 assist the guest of Sir Benedicto. We went
together with them at the Eastern Weaving
helping and assisting them.
Day 11 We attended the Grand Volks Canao. This event Event 5 x 2= 10 Mr. Jose Maria A.Rivera
December 10, is show case the different Volkswagen cars
2016 coming from different places of the Philippines.
It was the first time that the event was held in
Baguio. We are in-charge in getting the
attendance of the guests.
Day 12 The schedule starting for today is changed. Information 8 Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan
December 12, Instead of shifting every day, it will be done Center
2016 twice a day. For today Im assigned in the
information helping guest when there are
queries. We were also oriented by Maam
Marsha about what will happen for our entire
stay in the convention. We are also in-charge in
decorating the place for our coming Christmas
party tomorrow.
Day 13 Im assigned in the information helping guest Information 8+4=12 Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan
December 13, when there are queries. We are also assigned in Center
2016 decorating the stage for our Christmas party.
After Christmas party, we helped in cleaning
the area we used.
Day 14 Together with the other trainees, we were Administrative & 8 Maam. Glory Anne S.
December 14, instructed to go to different establishments and Outside Business Likiyan

letter from the office informing them about the
coming Aguinaldo Masses.
Day 15 We were assigned to attend and usher the event Event 8+4+4=16 Mr. Jose Maria A. Rivera

2016 Square. After the event we needed to extend to
finish the decoration for the Misa de Gallo.
Day 16 At dawn, we attended the Misa de Gallo to Statistics 8x2=16 Mr. Igmar S. Pudsoc
December 16, assist the people who attended the mass. We
2016 also helped in cleaning the area used. We are
assigned in the statistics and we painted the
decoration.
Day 17 Originally I was assigned in the statistics but Administrative 8+3=11 Mr. Igmar S. Pudsoc
December 19, we are instructed different task. For the entire
2016 day, we were assigned in fixing the letter S
on the word Merry Christmas. We made sure
that it wont fall like the other one. At night, we
helped in setting up the chairs and other things
needed in the Misa de Gallo for tomorrow.
Day 18 We attended the Misa de Gallo. Like the other Event 8x2=16 Mr. Igmar S. Pudsoc
December 20, day, we still helped in assisting guest and Maam Marsha C. Radam
2016 distributing food and beverages after the mass.
After mass, we have our familiarization tour
with Mr. Arturo Alhambra, our tour guide, for
us to know more facts about Baguio City. At
night, we helped in setting up the chairs and
other things needed in the Misa de Gallo for
tomorrow.
Day 19 Like the other day, we again attended the Misa Event & 8x2=16 Mr. Igmar S. Pudsoc
December 21, de Gallo and assisted the guests. For the day, I Information Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan
2016 was assigned in the information center Center
answering queries of the guest if there is.
Day 20 We attended the Misa de Gallo to be their Event & Outside 8x2=16 Mr. Igmar S. Pudsoc
December 22, usherette. We also went to different places like Business Mr. Jose Maria A. Rivera
2016 La Trinidad, PMA, PIA-CAR to send a memo
for the event Rizal Day in the coming 30th of
December.
Day 21 We attended the Misa de Gallo to usher guests. Event 5x2=10 Mr. Igmar S. Pudsoc

Day 22 I was assigned in the information helping guest Information 8 Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan
January 3, when there are queries. Also in admin. We went Center & Maam Glory Anne
2017 to Baguio City National Highschool for them to Administrative Likiyan
receive a letter informing them about exchange
students to teach Korean nationality English.
Day 23 I was assigned in the admin. We did all the Administrative 8 Maam Glory Anne
January 4, things they told us like sorting files. We also Likiyan
2017 went to DOT-CAR to get some certificate of
appearance instructed by Maam Lany.
Day 24 I was assigned in the Admin. We are instructed Administrative 8 Maam Glory Anne
January 5, by Sir Igmar to sort paper according to its date Likiyan
2017 and Maam Goan instructed me to record all
the data about who and what is the purpose of
the event happened in convention.
Day 25 I was assigned in the information. We helped Information 8 Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan
January 6, the guest if they have questions about Center
2017 directions and assist them.
Day 26 This day, I was assigned in the statistics. We Statistics 8 Mr. Igmar S. Pudsoc
January 9, called different hotels to ask about the
2017 statistical report of their hotel for the needed
month.
Day 27 Because of two days shifting, I was assigned Statistics 8 Mr. Igmar S. Pudsoc
January 10, again in the statistics. We again called different
2017 hotels and went to one hotel to personally
picked-up the report.
Day 28 For this day, I was assigned in BTC (Baguio Baguio Tourism 8 Mr. Ed
January 13, Tourism Council). We assist tourist and do the Council (BTC)
2017 bus survey every 10 in the morning and 4 in the
afternoon.
Day 29 Like yesterday, we again assist and answer Baguio Tourism 8 Mr. Ed
January 14, questions of the guest and did the bus survey. Council (BTC)
2017 We asked the person in-charge about the visitor
if where are they come from, what their
purpose is, how many buses are they and its
people accommodated and who the people they
accommodating are. We also helped in cleaning
the office.
Day 30 We did the bus survey and assist guest if Baguio Tourism 8 Mr. Ed
January 15, someone enter and asked for something in the Council
2017 office.
Day 31 I was assigned in the information center. We Information 8 Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan
January 16, are in-charge in giving directions to the tourist Center
2017 about asking directions about the One Stop
Shop and Securities Exchange Department.
Day 32 I was assigned in the information center. We Information 8 Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan
January 17, are in-charge in giving directions to the tourist Center
2017 about asking directions about the One Stop
Shop and Securities Exchange Department.
Day 33 We were instructed to watch the parade of the Event & 8 Mr. Nino G. Pelwigan
January 18, candidates of the 65th Miss Universe which is Information
2017 the Philippines is the country host of this event Center
for this year. We went to show our support
together with Maam Laila and Sir Ed. After
the parade, the duty resumed and I was again
assigned in the information center.
Day 34 I was assigned in the administrative to help in Administrative 8 Maam Glory Anne
January 19, the office if they need some assistance from us. Likiyan

Day 35 Together with the other OJT assigned in BTC, Baguio Tourism 8 Mr. Ed
January 20, we did the bus survey. Council (BTC)

Day 36 In the morning, we were gathered together with Baguio Tourism 8 Mr. Ed Ander
January 23, the new OJTs from SLU for introduction with Council (BTC)
2017 Sir Benny. For this day, I was again assigned in
the BTC to do the bus survey and helped Sir
Art in sorting the files. We also highlighted the
important places of Baguio in the map they will
be distributed to the guests.
Day 37 We gain have a meeting with Sir Benny. We Statistics 8 Mr. Igmar S. Pudsoc
January 24, talked about the duty and responsibilities in the
2017 office in favor for the new comers, and us old
OJTs are their guide for the day. We also
called different hotels for their statistical
reports.
Day 38 Supposed to be I will be assigned in the Information 8 Mr. Nino Pelwigan
January 25, Statistics but the person in-charge is not Center
2017 around, thats why I was reassigned in the
information to help the guest if they have
questions about directions.
Day 39 I was assigned in the administrative and went Administrative 8 Maam Glory Anne
January 26, to the water district to deliver the letter sent by Likiyan
2017 Sir Joma.
Day 40 Like yesterday, I was again assigned in the Administrative & 8x2=16 Maam Glory Anne
January 27, administrative. While in the afternoon, we are Event Likiyan & Maam Arrian
2017 instructed to join the Chinese New Year parade Pascua
supervised by Maam Arrian. We walk to some
streets of Baguio to represent the city tourism
office and we give candies to the people
watching the parade.
Day 41 I was assigned in the information center to help Information 8 Mr. Nino Pelwigan
January 30, the guests to assist them when they need help Center
2017 or answer the questions they will be asking us
especially about directions.
Day 42 In the morning I was in the information Administrative & 8 Mr. Nino Pelwigan
January 31, because there is no one there to assist guest and Information Maam Glory Anne
2017 in the afternoon I was in the admin, helped Likiyan
them if they need a helping hand.
Day 43 We watched the opening of Panagbenga, the Baguio Tourism 8 Mr. Ed Ander
February 1, famous festival held in Baguio. After watching, Council (BTC)
2017 we do the bus survey and went to city hall.
Day 44 We were tasked to sort files by Sir Igmar. Administrative 8 Mr. Igmar Pudsoc

Day 48 We had our meeting together with Sir Benny Administrative 8 Maam Glory Anne
February 8, together with other interns. We talked about Likiyan
2017 what we were doing for the past few weeks and
our learnings. In the afternoon, we were
instructed by Maam Goann to go to BTC to
deliver a letter to Sir Art.
Day 49 We did bus survey and helped Sir Art fixing Baguio Tourism 8 Mr. Ed Ander
February 9, the files of the office. Council (BTC)

Day 50 In the morning, Maam Marsha gathered us all Administrative 8 Maam Glory Anne
February 10, trainees to inform us the different report of the Likiyan
2017 past year. In the afternoon, we helped Maam
Arrian in photocopying the report for Suyo.
And at the same day, Maam Primo visited us
and told us some reminders.
Day 51 We did bus survey and helped Sir Art fixing the Administrative 8 Maam Glory Anne

Day 52 I was assigned in the administrative. We helped Administrative 8 Maam Glory Anne Likiyan
February 15, in photocopying files. Together with Genesis,
2017 we went to South Terminal Inn to pick up their
statistical report for the last month.
Day 53 I was assigned in the admin to help the staff Administrative 8 Maam Glory Anne

February 22, Maam Marsha held a meeting for the coming
2017 event and we assigned ourselves to which city
we will be assisting in the parade.

Day 56 We went to the Panagbenga office for the I.D Administrative 8 Maam Glory Anne
February 24, and Car pass for tomorrows event and in the and Event Likiyan and Mr. Jose
2017 evening we went to the Baguio Country club Maria Rivera
for the welcome dinner for the welcome dinner
of both local and international delegates. We
were assigned in the attendance.
Day 57 We are assigned in holding the banner for the Event 8 Maam Marsha Radam
February 25, parade and assisting the delegates to their
2017 assigned seats.
Day 58 We went early at the venue in Melvin Jones to Event 8 Maam Marsha Radam
February 26, reserve seats for the delegates. We escorted the
2017 Yeonsu Gu until their check out.
