Time Instructional Procedures and Strategies
Preparations
1. 15 sets of jumbled interrogative sentence. Cut and clip them.
Beginning the Lesson
5 mins 1. Review: Students sit on the carpet. Teacher will remind them about interrogative
pronouns by asking the usage of these 8 interrogative words: Apa, Siapa, Kapan,
Berapa, Mengapa, Bagaimana, Kemana, Dimana.
15 2. Arrange and Answer Games: Teacher will put 15 sets of jumbled interrogative
mins sentence in a plastic bag or paper bag. Teacher will play a song and students need
to pass the bag to one another. Teacher will randomly stop the song and the
student who is holding the bag; need to take one set of jumbled sentence. Then
they need to arrange it into a proper interrogative sentence. Each student have 1
minute to arrange the sentence. After they arrange the sentence, they can directly
answer the sentence. The song will continue and students will repeat the process
again. Repeat this game until 8 times (or play 2 different songs, total 6 mins).
Developing the Lesson
20 1. Worksheet: Students will fill up the crossword on page 8 in their Bahasa
mins Indonesia Book. Those students who have done page 8 can continue to the word
search activity.

iii. Siapa nama presiden Indonesia saat ini?

Closing the Lesson


15 1. Siapa aku?: Teacher will play guess who with the students but in Bahasa version.
mins i. Each of the student will get a paper full of character pictures with each
characters name.
ii. Teacher will choose one of the characters without telling the character
name.
iii. Students will take turn to ask one question regarding the person
characteristic in order to guess which character that the teacher chose.
STUDENTS CAN ONLY ASK A YES OR NO QUESTION. For
example, Apakah dia memakai kacamata or Apakah dia berambut
panjang?
iv. Each student will also get a chance to guess the character after each of
their question. BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE CHANCE FOR STUDENTS
TO GUESS.
v. For student who can guess the character, will get extra Dojo Points.
5 mins 2. Review Todays Lesson: Ask them back what are the main 8 interrogative
pronouns and give one example of sentence using that interrogative pronouns.
