am 1. Teacher asks pupils to talk about their holiday destination that they have been
(60 minutes) recently.
2. Teacher asks questions to generate ideas.
3. Teacher shows samples of postcards to the pupils.
4. Teacher tells the pupils that a postcard is a card for sending a message by post
without using an envelope and it normally has a picture on one side.

b. While writing:
1. Teacher gets the pupils to read the postcard. (refer to TB page 6)
2. Teacher asks questions to check understanding.
3. Teacher gets the pupils to work in small groups.
4. Teacher distributes worksheet.
5. Pupils fill in the blanks with the correct answers.
6. Teacher checks pupils answers.

c. Post writing:
1. Pupils rewrite the postcard in legible cursive writing in the worksheet given.
2. Teacher displays pupils work around the classroom.
3. Teacher conducts gallery walk.
4. Teacher gets the pupils to spot and circle their friends mistakes. (if any)
