FINAL EXAMINATION

1. If your body could speak to you, what would it say to you about how it is
being treated?
Its a beautiful relationship between my body and my spiritual soul. My
soul always in communicates to my body and responses that I have infinite power
and can able to store unlimited data in my memory. But my muscles of my body
are becoming lazy day by day. Though I able to remember most of the things but
not many things in my daily life. A simple example is it is easy to remember our
own cell phone number, but it is making harder to remember our own friends
contact numbers the reason is my body of my brain is surrendered to the modern
electronic gadgets. In order to overcome all these kinds of laziness my body can be
treated by faithfully (submitting your will to the most merciful the Almighty one
and only one God Allah) and physically fitness by doing exercises like running,
swimming, fasting, namaz and the most important is donation activities which
makes my heart pure and creates lovely relationship with everybody. And in this
way my body always speaks to me (soul) always and creates me challenging work,
Never give Up yourself and says every hard things is possible.

2. Knowing your body composition, how do you view yourself?


By knowing my body composition, I am very happy and always thanks to
the Almighty Allah, that he grand me good health and perfect fitness. Maintaining
physical fitness is my wealth. I accept that my body is my own property and it is
also fact that this body will be taken back by Almighty Allah. Hence I will always
maintain my body in both spiritually and physically.

3. What is the difference between the way you see yourself now and the way you
would like to be? Do you feel hopeful about closing the gap?
There is a lot of difference the way I see myself I feel lazy, sleepy and tired.
I would like to be always active, stronger, freely muscular movement and able to
maintain physical fitness. Yes I feel hope and strongly motivation about closing the
gap after attending Kinesiology classes.

4. Explain what you have done this semester in class to increase the following
health-related components of fitness. Indicate any changes you have seen in
any of these areas since you started your personal workout.

a. Cardiorespiratory Endurance: I improved myself working out on treadmill,


stair mill; spin bike, rowing machine, ARC Trainer, Elliptical and ski erg. I able
to operate and can able to use properly all kind of fitness components in the
gym center. There is lot of benefits and I feel of doing cardio exercise where I
able to decrease risk of heart diseases, reduced stress, strengthen heart and
lungs, sleep management etc.

b. Flexibility: Push up and sit up the most challenging workout for me. This class
made me to do flexibility and stretching exercises, which improves in my joint
health, reduce low-back pain, potential relief of aches and pains. Now I am
feeling better and improving my body flexibility by doing push up and sit up
freely.

c. Muscular Strength: Working out body fit back Muscle exercise, leg press
equipment and other kind of training equipment makes me stronger, faster
tempo and easier weight lift etc.

d. Muscular Endurance: Working out on back extension exercise equipment


reduces my back pain and strengthen on back joints and able to loose my body
fat.

5. Summarize in one sentence what this class has done to / for you.

Kinesiology is the scientific study of human body movement. This class is very
important role in my daily life. My instructor is the golden bird of health wisdom. I
enjoyed and learned about the health fitness world.

It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver. Mahatma
Gandhi.
