ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

After an intensive period of about two months, today is the day, writing this note of
appreciation is the finishing touch of our case study. It has been a period of intense learning for
us, not only in the scientific arena, but also on a personal level as working together as a team.

Taking up a Masters Degree has been a truly life challenging experience for us and it
would not have been possible to do without the continuous support and guidance that we
received from several people.

A special thanks to our instructor, Mrs. Chona Robles for her supervisory role, patience
and sharing with us her immense knowledge for the development of this study.

Our deep appreciation also goes to the participant of the study, for the willingness to
participate who definitely provided us with the data we need for the completion of our output.

We would also like to thank for the collaborative support given by St. Johns General
Hospital staffs for allowing us to pursue the case.

Also, to our family for their unflagging love, support and tremendous understanding since
day one of our journey as freshmen in Masteral Degree. And to all the people we met along the
way who contributed to this study.

Finally, to our God Almighty, for His unconditional love, guidance and for the gift of
knowledge and determination to finish this study.
