July 2013.

IT Manager, North America 2014 Present


Provided direction and leadership on all aspects of infrastructure for North America, overseeing all IT
Desktop Support Services Team, System Administrators Team, and Network Engineers Team for all
locations and warehouses across US and Canada supporting approximately 1000 end users. Directly
managed 8-10.
Led North America infrastructure teams through challenging, cost-saving projects related to
corporate divestiture and the acquisition of Power-One while continuing night/weekend level 2 and
3 support for China, Australia, and other countries.

Jose data center, and all Power Solutions locations to Phoenix, closing Camillo location and
completing separation and divestiture of Power Solutions business unit
o Migrated all users from Microsoft Exchange to Microsoft O365 and decommissioned all
Exchange servers globally, aligning with strategic global IT/IS plan for ABB.
