Objective Work at a challenging job that gives me opportunities to work with

whom they would be receiving care. Performed baseline physical assessments, vitals, and health
histories. Communicated with doctors and pharmacists via telephone and fax about medications
and orders to insure proper care and patient comfort. Earned the trust of the new patients in-order
to build a good working and caring relationship for the duration of their stay.

CNA Provided care for residents with normal aging processes and those with specific memory
care needs such as those with Alzheimers disease or dementia. Assisted residents with their
activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene needs, and

and from activities. Also provided assistance during activities. Documented care provided and
the progress of individual residents. As part of daily tasks, cleaned living areas and residents
rooms.
Medication technician Administered daily medications for residents, which included checking
blood sugar levels and administering insulin. Also checked and recorded vital signs.

where I took vital signs, did finger sticks for hematocrits, and took donor histories.

venopuncture, collecting their blood, ending their blood collection process, and donor
teaching. Helped treat donors if they experienced a reaction to the blood collection
process. When I finished with donor paper work, I would enter the information into the
computer system. I also prepared the blood for processing and tests. When needed, I also
made calls to invite donors to come donate.
