JULIET A. LARRAZABAL with Community Tax Certificate No. 23351051 issued on
January 2, 2017 at Villaba, Leyte, and GRACE R. VERONA with Community Tax
Certificate No. 02293810 issued on January 5, 2017 at Tanauan, Leyte, both personally
known to me (or whom I have identified through competent evidence of identity) and who
