10-05-11 Traditional Paper Based Certificate of Service of the US District Court, Northern
District of California
The attached record is provided only as an example of an older paper based Certificate of Service by Clerk of
a US Court.
In no way should the issuance of the attached paper by the US District Court, Northern District of California
in the case of Wright v Bank of America (10-cv-01723) be deemed an honest, valid, and effectual certification
of service.
In fact, upon review the attached Certificate of Service should be deemed false on its face, for reasons
including, but not limited to the following:
a) The US District Courts today conducts the Certification of Service through electronic means.
c) No imprint of the Clerk of the Court appears on the face of the Certificate.
