SKILLED LESSON PLAN

I. OPERATIONAL

At the end of 45 minutes, 90% of the 40 BSED TLE 3rd year students are
expected to:

a. mix all the ingredients with the pork starting with the onion, carrots,

green onions, salt, soy sauce, ground pepper and raw egg.

b. wrap the meat using the lumpia wrapper.

c. fry the wrapped meat for 10-12 minutes making sure that all the sides

are cooked right.

d. serve with sweet and sour sauce.
