Introduction

What do the users need and want from the new system? This is the question

that must be answered in the requirement analysis phase. It defines the business

requirements for the solution. It is given enough time to extract details needed to

be applied to the system. To have a successful new system, it is evaluated whether

or not they achieve the project's goals and objectives.

Requirements Description

The Proposed Chair System encourages the administrators to purchase chairs

instead of producing the aforementioned and they will just hire laborers to repair

damaged chairs. The assigned personnel need to be able to:

Set the budget. Allocate each fund for every materials needed.
Inquire prices. Look for the adequate price that suits the allotted budget.
Purchase chairs.
The hired laborers for the chair-repairing activity need to be able to:
Chair Hammering. The damaged parts must be replaced.
Chair Varnishing. The chairs that is dented, hardly scratched and damaged by

vandals must be restored by varnishing the wood.
