SandySnk International

SandySnk International is a company that sells many goods and

services such as in stores and restaurant. First, I started my company with
one store and one office. The first few weeks my store was unprofitable so
I tried to establish new stores in new countries such as Mali and Ivory
coast. However, they still were unprofitable.
Then, I tried to open another subdivisions after thinking carefully for a
long time so decided to open a restaurant. Eventually, my business got
some profits. At the same time, I knew my mistakes, why I did not get any
profit from my stores. Therefore, I will them and I hopefully will get some
profits very soon.
After fixing my problems, my company turned profitable
immediately. I finally gain more and more profit each day and feel
motivated about my company. Im really glad that my company is finally
coming into its place and I finally be able to manage it properly.

As you can see on the graph, on the first few quarters my

company was unprofitable. At first I was very confused why i did not
get any profit that I almost gave up. I tried to find the problem for a
very long time and then i came to the conclusion that my company
was unprofitable because most of my products were not on sale and
also the price of my food in the restaurant was way too low. After the
third quarter i fixed my problem by setting my price of the products
and also high the price of my pancakes. This changed my income
substancially. After solving the problems , I finally get some profit. In
Q3 midpoint i did not get any profit because i purchased supply for
my restaurant that day. But soon after Q3 midpoint my profit kept
rising and rising. I think soloving my problem really helped my
company to gain more profit and be able to look good as a company.
MY INCOME
STATEMENT
- PancakeCity (173,249) - This pancake has just been opened
in quarter 2 but it is now my best subdivision. I tried to improve this
restaurant as much as i possibly could to make the most money out of it
and i succeeded.
- Sandy24World (52430) - This store is located in Benin city,
Nigeria and its the first store i opened. So far this store has made me the
most money.
- SandyStore2 (5238) This store is the first store that I
opened. It was not get too much of profit. I will improve my store to get
more profit.
- SandyCornflake factory (103,012) - This factory has just been
open for one quarter and i have not really manage it properly. I now know
what i did wrong and I will fix it and after this I believe the factory will be
improved
-Sandy24Mill (8510) - This is a new subdivision i made to
produced flour for y pancake house. It was mostly built for the production
of pancakes so I did not focus on the profitless of this subdivision that
much.

According to the chart, PancakeCity Pancake house gained the most

revenue. It is also my best subdivisions by looking at the profit as well.
The PancakeCity Pancake house had made me the most profit so far since i
opened my company so I will try to continue to enlarge this subdivision as
much as possible.
The second best revenue able subdivision is the Cornflakes factory.
Since the subdivisions is a factory, it produces its own goods so we can
have very low prime cost and sell it at a high price. I really enjoy working
with this cornflakes factory since I myself love eating cornflakes!!
The third best revenue able subdivision of mine is the
Sandy24World. This store is my very first subdivision since I opened this
company and it has made a reasonable profit for me. It may not be as
profitable as the pancake house due to the fact that it relies on the supply
of others. I really have a strong feeling that I can improve this store by
purchasing more products and put them on sale.

As you can see on the graph, all of the subdivisions are profitable. the one
that stood out the most is the PancakeCity Pancake house which has made
a very high profit. In Q3 End most of the subdivisions has dropped down
profitless because I purchased a lot of things such as new machines and
new priducts that day. This graph may look a bit not curvy like but you can
sense that its going up.
My best subdivision
PancakeCity Pancake house
This store is located in Benin City, Nogeria and is the best subdivision of
mine. Since the beginning this enterprise has never let me down even
though in the first few quarter I was not able to get profit due to my lack of
knowledge of how to manage the business properly. This subdivision sell
pancakes at the price pf 910 with the prime coast of around 180 dollars.
On the first few quarters my price of the pancakes was way too low that i
was not able to get high profit from it. After increasing the price and also
decided to buy more machines to produced I was able to get a very high
profit from this restaurant.

As you can see on the graph, my profit was increasing rapidly during the
Q3-Q4 which was caused by the change in price of the pancakes and also
more supply. This is the most successful subdivisions Ive had and I am
 very proud of this store. I think if I continue to increase the production I
will be able to get a lot more profit from the restaurant in the very near
future.

Future Plan for my
business
I already improved all i wanted to do so now i will focus on
improving the size of the company.
I will try to add a lot more subdivisions in the future to gain more
profit.
I will try to higher the production of the current stores especially the
pancake house to be able to gain more profit from it and hopefully I will
because the very successful company this very near future.
