5 Functions
The adjustment of the instrument panel lighting should be done with dipped beams
switched on.
There are problems of compatibility between the BSI and the instrument panel.
o On early versions (editions) of the BSI software up to versions 33.x inclusive,
the instrument panel should have a software version 0806.
o On versions (editions) of the BSI software 35.x and 37.x, the instrument panel
should have a software version 0807.
o On versions (editions) of the BSI software 39.x and later, a configuration
parameter is used to adapt the BSI to instrument panels in software version
0806 as well as to instrument panels in software version 0807.
This parameter ( instrument panel software version ) can be accessed via
the menu MANUAL PROGRAMMING - CONFIGURATION after the start of
communication with the BSI using a diagnostic tool.
